The new Sugar Land Office opened its doors in 2000 after 20 years in various locations in Fort Bend. Four Prudential Gary Greene offices were consolidated under one roof. Located at the "Gateway of Fort Bend" - the corner of Highway 6 and the Southwest Freeway we have the opportunity to serve the many subdivisions and master planned communities of Fort Bend County. As development continues in the county, Prudential Gary Greene is expanding. A satellite office in the Sienna/Missouri City area opened in August of 2006. Future expansion will be to the west in the Richmond/Rosenberg area.

Prudential Gary Greene Realtors currently has two offices in Fort Bend County. Nikki Owen, manager of both offices feels that the locations are perfect. The Sugar Land office is at the Gateway of Fort Bend county at Hwy. 59 and Hwy 6. There are currently 85 full time agents in this location. A second location was opened in Aug. of 2006 at the entrance of Sienna Plantation in Missouri City with 20 agents. We are actually next door to the information center and can easily serve Sienna and all of the surrounding communities.
